StreamLife One (“StreamLife One”, “us”, “we”, or “our”), a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, operates and manages all streamLifeone.org websites, streamliferadio.org, streamlifeone.com, streamlifemedia.org, streamlifechurch.org and streamlife.church. Any of the sites are referred to from here on out as the “Service”.

We use your data to provide and improve the Service. By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. If you disagree with any part of this policy, please do not provide Personal Data to us and do not use the Service.




Service is any website owned and operated by StreamLife One

  • When donating or purchasing, financial information such as bank or credit/card details and receipt history
  • When relevant and in-line with our mission, demographic information such as marital status, ethnicity, education, and family details
  • Spouse and family details when volunteering, checking in, or participating in StreamLife One events and activities
  • Photographs given by you, or taken of you on StreamLife One premises or at StreamLife One events and activities

Sensitive/Special Category Personal Information

We may collect and store sensitive personal information (Special Category Information under GDPR) such as:

  • Health information if shared in pastoral meetings
  • Health information to help with attendance to StreamLife One events or activities
  • Religious information such as faith affiliations, church event/activity attendance, personal faith decisions, and baptisms
  • Prayer requests


We may use your Personal Data to contact you with newsletters, marketing or promotional materials and other information that may be of interest to you with your willingly given consent. You may opt out of receiving any, or all, of these communications from us by following the unsubscribe link or instructions provided in any email we send or by contacting us.


Usage Data

We may also collect information how the Service is accessed and used (“Usage Data”). This Usage Data may include information such as your computer’s Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address), device type, browser type, browser version, the pages of our Service that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data. All of this information is only used to make decisions on how to improve the Service for you as a User. It is never shared or transferred outside of StreamLife One or our third-party partners as listed under “Service Providers”

If you are from the European Economic Area (EEA), StreamLife One’s legal basis for collecting and using the personal information described in this Privacy Policy depends on the Personal Data we collect and the specific context in which we collect it.

We may process your Personal Data because:

  • The processing is in our legitimate interests and it’s not overridden by your rights

StreamLife One will retain your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We will retain and use your Personal Data to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations (for example, if we are required to retain your data to comply with applicable laws), resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements and policies.

StreamLife One will also retain Usage Data for internal analysis purposes. Usage Data is generally retained for a shorter period of time, except when this data is used to strengthen the security or to improve the functionality of our Service, or we are legally obligated to retain this data for longer time periods.

Under certain circumstances, StreamLife One may be required to disclose your Personal Data if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g. a court or a government agency).

The right to withdraw consent. You also have the right to withdraw your consent at any time where StreamLife One relied on your consent to process your personal information.

Service Providers

We may employ third party companies and individuals to facilitate our Service (“Service Providers”), to provide the Service on our behalf, to perform Service-related services or to assist us in analyzing how our Service is used.

Matomo (formerly Piwik)

Matomo (formerly Piwik) is a web analytics service. StreamLife One runs a self-hosted instance of this analytic software to ensure the privacy and ownership of your Usage Data. At any point, you can contact us to remove your analytic data, or opt-out here:

Planning Center

Planning Center is our church management software, which is a suite of administrative apps to help store individual and household profiles, groups, event registration, giving, and check-in data.

Church Online Platform

The Church Online Platform from the Life.Church Open Network is the platform we use to host our live stream and chat page at live.streamlifeone.org. Account information is held by the platform and is protected under their privacy policy which can be viewed here:


MailChimp is an email marketing and communication platform that StreamLife One will use to send marketing or promotional material, newsletters, or generic updates of StreamLife One events or activities. You can opt-out at any point using the “Unsubscribe” link in any email’s footer. You can contact us to delete, edit, or amend your Data as well.


Bridges of Hope

Aplos is the donation payment gateway you will see on our streamlifeone.org giving page. StreamLife One never stores, or sees, your payment method details for security.

Wufoo and Google Forms

These are both online form generator that we will use to collect form data and responses for administrative purposes.

We use Shopify as our e-commerce platform to sell online apparel, merchandise, and products. Any Personal and Financial Data collected or processed by them is solely used to fulfill order and purchase requests.

Links to Other Sites

Our Service may contain links to other sites that are not operated by us. If you click on a third party link, you will be directed to that third party’s site. We strongly advise you to review the Privacy Policy of every site you visit.

We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third party sites or services.


Children’s Privacy

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 18 (“Children”).

We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 18. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your Children has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Data from children without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers.

Personal Data of Children will be collected by Planning Center (our church management software) if you are registering or checking in to a Fresh Life Church event or activity, or if you provide it willingly to a staff or team member to be entered into our Planning Center database. Please refer to Planning Center’s privacy policy to see how that data is securely handled and stored.


Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may amend this Policy from time to time to reflect changes in best practice, security and control and to ensure compliance with any changes or amendments to the Law or other applicable legislation in the EEA. Any amended version will be available on the website. We suggest you visit regularly to keep up to date with any changes.
